UNO Pre-Health Symposium 2025

Friday, April 25, 2025 | 9 AM - 3 PM | UNO Dodge Campus

Elevate your future health career journey! Join hundreds of pre-health professions students and learn about the region's top opportunities to elevate your future career path.

The Pre-Health Symposium, hosted by UNO's Health Careers Resource Center, is the premier event for high school and college students to engage with healthcare, human services, and STEM based careers and programs.

Offerings include: College & Career Fair | Breakout Sessions

College & Career Fair: 10 AM - 2 PM

The College & Career Fair provides students with the opportunity to connect with healthcare training programs, healthcare and human service providers, job and volunteer opportunities, and representatives from across UNO.


Panels, Presentations, & Breakout Sessions: 9 AM - 3 PM

Throughout the duration of the Pre-Health Symposium, there will be a number of panel discussions and presentations for you to attend to learn more about careers in healthcare, life as a pre-health student, and special topics in healthcare such as multilingualism and interpersonal skill development.

There will also be hands-on experiences for both high school and college students during the event, with past sessions including anatomy lab tours, suture clinics, healthcare simulators, and stop the bleed training.
